Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ForeverFresh.uk.

If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to cancel and return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once you notify us of your intention to return, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

The perfume seal must not be broken

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances, unless the product is faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

In this case, you will be entitled to:

A full refund

A replacement, or

A repair, depending on the situation.

These rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The original standard delivery cost will also be refunded if the order is cancelled within the legal cooling-off period.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Opened or used perfumes

Items with broken seals

Gift cards

Personalised items

This is due to hygiene regulations for sealed products.
